FAQs

Do you accept insurance?

Kos Physiotherapy and Wellness is out of network with insurance companies. This allows Kos to provide the highest quality care without the constraints of what is allowable in insurance-based clinics.

How much will it cost?

The base rate is $245 for a 1-hour for mobile/concierge session. The initial evaluation is always $75, and is designed to help you better understand if PT is a good idea for your situation and if we are a good fit for one another. In-clinic sessions are $197/hour.

Do you work with men or non-pelvic health issues?

Yes! Men can have pelvic floor dysfunction, and we treat all orthopedic/sports issues - from shoulders, to headaches, to knees.

Do you accept HSA or FSA?

Yes, we do! We just need to place that card on file. A super bill will be provided at the end of the plan of care upon request. We can also establish a payment plan.
